I've also become a bit of an exercise junkie. As Elle Woods once said 'Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands, they just don't.' She's so wise. At Aelfa we do a warm up every day which is nice and gentle. Then on Monday its Ballet, Tuesday Aerial Hoop, Thursday Cardio and Friday Pole Fitness. I love them all.
So here's what I am going to continue to do on my mission to lose weight:
- Drink plenty of water
- Plank for one song
- 1 minute of scissor kicks
- 2 minutes of crunches
- 2 minutes of press ups
- 1 minute of criss crosses
- 2 minutes of squats
- 2 minutes of lunges
- 1 minute of star jumps
- 2 minutes of hip extensions
- 2 minutes of hip lifts
- Read food labels
- Improve metabolism by eating foods like: apples and turkey
- Avoid the bad stuff
- Embrace the good stuff
- Think before I eat. Am I actually hungry?
I will get skinny. I will make your jaw drop.
